Business Development Manager

Job Description

The Business Development Manager works closely with Reedy Industries’ President and Marketing team to support the growth of our fast-paced organization by contacting and nurturing leads, maintaining existing customer accounts, and executing targeted marketing campaigns that create new customers for our various mechanical services companies.

Responsibilities

  • Contact B2B leads to learn about their company and offer services accordingly
  • Updating and maintaining information in CRM
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects
  • Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience handling B2B sales
  • BA or BS degree preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work with little supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • 1+ years experience working within a CRM or Lead Management System
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
